Does O2O system automatically send post-meeting surveys?

After a scheduled meeting ended, the system could send post-meeting surveys to both participants (exhibitor & visitor)
However, it is not integrated as standard.  It is the organizer’s preference to deliver a survey post-meeting via Email or have the survey appear in the user dashboard. (If using O2O Live, Survey will appear after the call). 
Survey questions are customizable however it is suggested to keep the survey question list short with pre-established answers for effective reporting. 

Does the survey template include NPS?

Yes, the recommended survey model includes Net Promoter Feature (NPS). (Again, need to connect it to the account)
