O2O Trade Platform allows the exhibitors to promote themselves. Your profile is seen by thousands of visitors. As an exhibitor, you should consider the profile as the most important tab. A strong exhibitor profile will carry out the brand, products & exhibitor's business well into the public.
We highly recommend the exhibitors adding detailed & accurate information when they create a profile. Initially, the exhibitor profile is created based on the information exhibitor provides during the registration process. However, this information could be edited/updated at any time.
To view the exhibitor profile, Log in to the dashboard. Click on the top right corner (On profile picture) to open the dropdown menu. Select "My Profile" to access your profile.
The below image shows a basic exhibitor profile.
Info section displays the basic information of the company. Also displays the number of products, meetings, and connections. If the exhibitor has added social handles of the company, they will be displayed here.
Company Profile - Add company name, job title of the exhibitor, company description, and other company information here. To edit the details click on the Edit icon.
Trade - If you export internationally, add your top 3 markets here.
Contact - Add contact details of the company here.
Media - Exhibitors can add all their promotional materials here including promotional videos, catalogs, documents in this section. Also,
Business profile picture and banner.
To add videos, add the video URL here.
Social - Add the social media channels of the company here. Add the links.
Team - Add your team members here. If you are from a company, you can add relevant staff members here.
Settings - Choose your preferred language and time zone here. Also, if you want to change the password, it could be done here as well.
We recommend adding all your company information, media, certificates, team, and all other details here. It will help to make a strong exhibitor profile that attracts buyers.
