Exhibitors


View the exhibitors who attend the event (Virtual/Physical) at the exhibitors' tab. To access this tab, log in to the visitor dashboard, go to the left-side menu and click "Exhibitors" 



Exhibitor tab displays All Exhibitors, featured, Smart Matches, Recommended Exhibitors, Exhibitors who are Online & Available for Meetings. 

To provide lucrative opportunities for a visitor, O2O Events use smart-matchmaking tools to analyze exhibitors and put together a set of exhibitors who provide products and services that match the visitor’s requirements. These exhibitors are displayed in the “Featured” section. 

Smart Matches

A visitor’s main objective when attending a trade show or a conference is to meet the right exhibitors for them. To facilitate that, the O2O platform utilizes matchmaking tools to generate visitor – exhibitor matches. The matchmaking program analyses the sourcing requirements of the visitor & pairs with an exhibitor who has the potential to full fill those requirements. 
The exhibitors who are picked for the visitor appear in the Matchmaking section. 
By analyzing the product requirements of the visitor, the system recommends exhibitors. These exhibitors are highly likely to be producing products and services that match visitor requirements. 

Online 

The exhibitors who are currently online are shown here. The visitors can instantly connect with them.

Available For Meeting 

The exhibitors who are currently online and ready for video/audio meetings are displayed here.

    • Can exhibitors link up a video or YouTube URL?

      Yes, the exhibitors can put up a video or YouTube link in their respective company or the product page. The option is already available in the exhibitor profile page and product showcase. 

    • Does the system allow the exhibitors to scan QR codes of the visitors on their tag?

      Yes, this is called Exhibitor Lead Retrieval.  However, it would require the O2O App to be downloaded which is typically packaged at a cost. Exhibitors can scan Visitor Badges for which the Visitor info will appear in the tab on the system. 

    • Can I Communicate With Exhibitors Via Texts?

      Yes, Once log in to dashboard you will see the exhibitor suggestions. Select an exhibitor who you would like to connect with.  Click Thumbnail > Go to Exhibitor Profile > Click Chat+ button On the exhibitor profile to send a message
