O2O Video Conferencing provides an opportunity for exhibitors & visitors to connect with each other via live chat. This is a great platform that facilitates the connection between them and create a virtual trade show experience.

To start live conferencing, you require to have an internet connection, a Windows or a MacOS Computer. Also, it is mobile friendly (Both iOS & Android).

Additional equipment you might need can include speakers, cameras, microphones, TV displays etc.

How To Initiate A Meeting?


To initiate a meeting, click on the icon mentioned above. This will generate a unique meeting URL. Copy the link & share it with the individuals who you would like to have a meeting with.


Hence this is a unique URL which only get shared between 2 or more parties (according to the preference of the host) there is no need for a password.

Starting The Conference

 Before you commence the video conference, make sure that your camera & microphone is connected and working properly. Click on More Actions button. From the popup menu, Then Click Setting From the pop-up window select the devices, camera, microphone & audio output.

 

Once you have chosen equipment, click OK button, Next step is to check the audio & video quality before the conference.
