Leads

The leads tab displays all the RFQs (Requests for Quotations) sent out by the visitors. When a visitor is looking for a certain product or service, they can send out an RFQ. 

An RFQ is a competitive bid document used when inviting suppliers or contractors to submit a price bid for products or services where the requirements are standardized or produced in repetitive quantities.

Also, if the visitor had submitted any product enquiries, they are displayed in this tab as well. The visitors can see the progress of their applications in the Leads Tab.
