The visitor dashboard facilitates visitors to pre-schedule meetings. The system allows the visitors to see exhibitor information including company details, products & more. Evaluate and decide if you want to meet the exhibitor with the information available.
It has 3 main sections, Meetings, Upcoming, Pending & History.
To access the Meeting tab, log in to the Visitor dashboard. Click on "Meetings" from the left-side menu.
The meetings tab has 4 sections. Meetings, Upcoming, Pending & History.
Meetings
Displays all meetings of the visitor including upcoming, pending, past, and confirmed meetings.
Pending Meeting Requests
The meeting requests received by the visitor appear here. Click Accept to confirm the meeting. Or click Cancel to decline the meeting request. Once approved it moves to “Upcoming” meetings and the invitee would be notified.
Upcoming Meetings
The meetings that are scheduled for the future are displayed in this section. These are confirmed by the visitor.
History
The past meetings that already took place are shown here.
How To Reschedule a Meeting?
If the visitor discovers that he is unable to attend a scheduled meeting, the meeting could be easily rescheduled. Follow the steps below to re-schedule.
Step 1 - Go to the Meetings tab. Locate the meeting you want to reschedule.
Step 2 - Click the "Reschedule" button.
Step 3 - Select the new date & time to schedule the meeting. Click "Reschedule".
