The visitor can quickly access alerts, notifications, and shortcuts via the Notification Panel that's located at the top of the dashboard.
The bell icon alerts the visitor whenever there is a new activity. E.g. New meeting requests, New quotes.
Notifications provide shortcuts to access the activity easily & faster.
Click on the notification bell to access notifications & click on the alerts to redirect to the required tab.
The message icon flashes with a red dot when a new message is received. Click on the message icon to go to the inbox.
Inbox
The visitor's messages & enquiries are managed here. The inbox is universal & compatible with 100+ languages. It is advanced with real-time translation.
The importance of this feature is, the visitor can communicate in his/her own language with foreign exhibitors.
In the universal inbox when the sender (visitor) types a message & sends it in his/her own language, the receiver(exhibitor) receives an accurately translated message in his preferred language.
If the visitor has received any enquiries, they appear at the enquiry section.
