ORGANISER GUIDE TO CREATE AN EVENT - PAGE 2

ORGANISER GUIDE TO CREATE AN EVENT - PAGE 1 explains General, SMTP and Configure website settings from event setting. This article will explain the remaining settings you must pre-adjust as an organiser in event creation. 

Connection Settings

Upgrade your account to enable this feature.

Connection Settings determines how the platform users can connect with each other including connection rules, policies, the way of connection, meeting duration and more.


This section shows the pre-determined connection settings, to adjust these you must go to the Meeting Settings.

The connection rules could be re-adjusted here. 
Click to enable of disable. Green indicates active/enabled.

Meeting Slot Duration
Pick the duration for the events day meetings. Exhibitor and Visitor schedules will be adjusted based on the slot duration selected by the event organiser.

Once, the slot duration is selected, that cannot be changed until the end of the event.

Meeting Limit Per Exhibitor
Select the maximum number of confirmed meetings per event per exhibitor (Pending/Canalled or Request meetings are not applicable)

Meeting Recommendation Rules
Set rules on recommending meetings for exhibitors and event attendees. All automated recommendations will be based on these recommendation rules. And by default, the system default matching will be applied



Match by category level - Choose category level (1,2,3,4) this will indicate matching exhibitors and visitors based on product category. 
Enable or disable Match by product interest, Match by ranking, Smart system matches, Matchmaking algorithm matches and System default matching. 
Add the event's social links here, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube. 


Terms And Conditions

Add the event’s terms and conditions agreement here elaborating on the terms, the rules and the guideline of acceptable behavior and other useful sections to which users must agree upon in order to use or access your event website. 

Privacy Policy

Upload/type your privacy policy agreement here. 

Once all the settings are updated and saved, the event is successfully created. 
Click back to list button to return to the the events list. 

To add a new event, click on Add New Event button and follow the same process.
