Visitor Dashboard Overview
Visitor Dashboard is the centralized portal for event attendees to manage their profile, activities & connections. The dashboard provides access to exhibitor profiles, products, and contact information which helps visitors to find the perfect business match according to their sourcing requirements.
Visitor Dashboard facilitates access to 1000+ exhibitor profiles and allows visitors to browse products, make product inquiries, submit quotations & get in touch with exhibitors prior to the exhibition.
Also, it allows visitors to initiate meetings (Virtual/Physical) with desired exhibitors, forecasting future successful business relationships.
Once an individual is successfully registered to attend the event, the access to visitor dashboard is granted.
Dashboard Configuration
The visitor dashboard operates on PC as well as iOS and Android mobile devices. Downloading the application is optional.
The dashboard requires an active internet connection in order to save data to the database.
Any major internet browser can be used to review the data that is saved to the database. Once the initial access is completed, the dashboard can be used without any configuration henceforth.
User Access Levels
Individuals who have successfully completed the registration are eligible to access the visitor dashboard.
To register, one must fill in the visitor registration application at a given URL. Once it is filled & submitted a system-generated email will be sent to the visitor with login credentials to access the visitor dashboard.
Visit the login portal URL & add the USERNAME & PASSWORD to log in.
How to Access The Visitor Dashboard?
Visit the login portal
Enter your email address & password
Click Login to enter the visitor dashboard
How to Reset Your Password?
If you have forgotten the login credentials, click on "Forgot Password?"
Add the email address allocated with the account. Click "Reset"
You will receive a system-generated new password via email for future use.
