What are the security measures O2O has imposed upon system?
O2O EVENTS has imposed following security measures to protect and manage client data.
We sign NDA’s as part of the contractual obligations with most clients. GDPR terms are no issued.
We have RBAC policies in place ensuring only specific employees are managing your account.
We disable the extract function for reporting until required and keep activity logs of all reports generated.
We use Google Cloud infrastructure for premium uptime and secure defense.

Yes, this is called Exhibitor Lead Retrieval. However, it would require the O2O App to be downloaded which is typically packaged at a cost. Exhibitors can scan Visitor Badges for which the Visitor info will appear in the tab on the system.
After the system set up, can Buyer/Seller edit their own profile?
Most definitely the buyer and supplier can edit their profile. In fact, as part of the activation we send an EDM specifically to encourage this.
