What's On Visitor's Home?


The Home tab of the visitor dashboard is a quick indicator of the progress of all activities and what event has to offer. The dashboard displays Event Sessions, Pavilions, Trending Products, and   Event Visitors. One quick glance at the components of the Home tab will tell the visitor about new event updates. 

Besides acknowledging the visitor about the updates of the event, the Home tab is a great place for a visitor to connect with event attendees and join the live events directly. 

Premium Exhibitors 

View premium exhibitors who are exhibiting at the event in this section. These exhibitors are usually the top-tier companies and based on the visitor’s sector, the most relevant exhibitors will be displayed here. The visitor can directly contact them by clicking on the “Connect” button. 



To maximize visitor’s chance of finding the perfect business match, the O2O Events platform put together a list of exhibitors from each product category (by visitors’ interests), and these exhibitors are displayed here. Click to view the full exhibitor profile or click the “Connect” button to contact the exhibitor. 



Event Sessions 

A quick glance at upcoming virtual events is displayed in this section. Visitors can join the session by clicking on the "Join Interactive Session" button. To learn more details click on the "More Details" button. 


Pavillions 

On Hompage, country pavilions are shown. These country pavilions represent a certain country, its exhibitors, and products. Click on each Pavillion to access these products/services.



Trending products of the exhibitors are displayed here. Click on the categories to search for products in each category. 
 


As a visitor, you can view these products and directly send an enquiry. Click on the "Enquiry" button to send an enquiry to the exhibitor. Once clicked, enquiry form will popup and then you can type the message to the supplier and click "Submit". 



Connect With Event Visitors

Not only exhibitors, with the O2O platform you can even connect with event visitors. The system selects any displays the most matching visitors for you by analyzing the profiles. To connect with any of these visitors, click on the "Connect" button.
