HOW TO SHARE SCREEN WITH MEETING ATTENDEES?

O2O Video Conferencing allows the hosts to share screens with the meeting attendees. This feature is available on desktop, tablets & mobile devices (iOS & Android).  Screen sharing is the practice of sharing the contents of your screen with other device(s). O2O Video Conferencing gives you the control over the visibility of your screen by allowing you to have 3 different options.

Your Entire Screen - If you choose this option, you will be sharing the entire desktop screen of yours with the conference attendees.
Application Window - View a separate window.
Chrome Tab - A list of links that you can access & share with the attendee.

What is the benefit of screen sharing?

Ability to show any media on your device without having to send any files to the viewer. This is inclusive of slide shows, videos, documents, images etc. Most importantly, the viewer can not only view the material but also can watch the host interact with it in real time. This is a great way to demonstrate live

How To Screen Share?

 To start, click on share your screen button at the bottom left. 



Pop up window appears with 3 options to choose from. 

Option 1 - Share your entire screen. This option allows you to show your full desktop view to the viewer. Make sure you have all the relevant information and remove unnecessary windows before you share your screen. 

Option 2 - Share an Application Window. This option allows you to solely share a window with the viewer. 

Option 3 -Share Chrome Tab. This option shows all the current tabs open in your browser. And these links could be shared with the viewers. This option is useful when you need to share any video links, websites etc.

But make sure you check your browser tabs before you click share to avoid any privacy concerns. 
Once you pick an option. Click on the share button to share your screen with the viewer (s)
